Estars handles the people at an event: flights, hotel room blocks, ground transportation, registration and check-in, receptions, and every communication with participants from invitation to departure. For the World Solitaire Championship we ran this for 400 players — booking every flight and room, transport between airport, hotel, and venue, check-in at the Fontainebleau, and a players-only reception.
