Mountain West Conference Esports Championship

Estars produced the Mountain West esports championship, an NCAA conference-sponsored, multi-title collegiate competition staged alongside a Division I basketball championship — the inaugural MW Esports Showdown, run inside the Thomas & Mack Center on the same weekend as the Mountain West’s Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships in Las Vegas. UNLV faced Boise State across League of Legends, Rocket League and Overwatch, streamed live on Twitch with broadcast-grade staging and creative direction. A genuine category first, it earned national trade and sports-media coverage as “March Madness meets esports” (ESPN, Sports Business Journal, The Esports Observer).
